What do you think my ticket is worth and visor??? Where would I go to find out??

My brother played for Seattle for a short period of time and at that time he was called up to the Pennant Race and I was there the day Edgar Martinez retired and got him to sign a womans Seattle visor and I also have a ticket the day Ichiro Suzuki broke the record for the most hits. Both are in perfect condition and wondered where would I even start to look to sell and how much do you think they would be worth??
