Why am i infatuated with this girl i work with?

Okay no labels please! I currently have a friend with benefits kinda thing going on with my ex-boyfriend so I'm not looking for in the least. For the last couple of weeks I have found my self attracted to this girl i work with. I find my self trying to find ways to hang out with her and reasons to txt her when we are not working together. When we do work together i try to be near her as much as possible and I catch my self flirting with her at times. I have even gone so far as to give her a y nick name and i call her by it all the time, and when trying to describe her i call her cute. I have even had the notion to smack her ***, but restrained my self. Is it possible that i just think shes a beautiful woman and i'm attracted to her personality? Or do you think this could be more?
