Can I sue a hospital because they made me wait too long in the emergency room?

Spend a lot of time in the emergency room? Just wondered when you said it happened "often". On the other hand I have never seen anyone ignored to injury or death in an ER. I am 58 with replaced parts and have sat in many over the years. i do see on the news that it does happen in the bigger cities. And I hear those families are suing for wrongful death and getting money.
