A little worried.....should I be?

Swine flu is just like the regular flu so even if you do get it you should recover in a few days. To protect yourself more though eat a healthy diet completely free of refined sugars while everyone is sick. Sugar can lower your immune system drastically depending on how much you have and how often. So avoid it for now. Otherwise relax.
