Can I take Benadryl even after taking Theraflu?

I have an insanely bad cold and took 2 tbsp of Theraflu about an hour and a half ago, and was wondering if it would be okay to take one Benadryl tablet as well? My nose is congested and nothing seems to help. Thanks.
