Can i sue my landlord and doctor?

I have just rec'd an award from my local authority because of mishandling of a repairs request (the details I choose to withold however). Contact the Local Government Ombudsman (LGO), who will investigate your situation, make findings in terms of how to remedy your problem(s), and force your ha or council to correct what they may have done wrong. This could be repairs, rehousing, medical rehousing etc etc. Just take a look at their web page and decide if you want to go this route. You may be entitled to more compensation if you opt to lodge the case with an external body as some people (including myself) are not completely happy with the way the LGO errr, 'investigate' or should I say, a government body investigating another government body....... Despite having substantial proof against my local authority, they were able to blindside and confuse the LGO with regard to incidents that happened too long ago to prove. Anyway, Good luck
