A quick look on wikipedia for AFM, optical, SEM & TEM yields answers 1-8 in the first couple of paragraphs. if you google the four answers to q.10, you'll immediately get the answer. Question 9 is the most trickiest as it requires application of knowledge. But I think you know how expensive, heavy and the applications of an optical microscope.
