I have a neon tetra bulling my two blue gouramis 5 inches long,is that normal?

it should be the other way around... if the gourami are new they must be really stressed and/or sick... the same if they are not new. either way, get the fish some hidins and treat the fish until they get better. if it doesnt get better find a new home for ur gourami, or ur tetra.
