Super villain names???

I'm writing a scene for my theatre cl, and I need a really funny super villain name. Something that would just make you laugh if you heard it. Think mel brooks kinda thing. Just to give you an idea, the good guys names are the Tutu of Fury whos a ballet ninja and The Exterminator with the power of bugspray. A good ridiculous evil plot to destroy the world would be appreciated too. thanks so much for any ideas =]
