XBox 360 - How do I convert Liteon_CFW.bin to the key/inquiry/identify files I need?

I probed my drive, got the info I needed, flashed it, turns out it was a bad flash, but I had such confidence in my skills that I deleted the 3 bin files I need to spoof the drive. I have a LiteOn_CFW file that has ALL the info I need in it, but Jungleflasher wont let me use it for spoofing unless it's in 3 different files. Is there a way to convert it to the files I need? or have i lost my drive data forever?
