I think i have a virus? Help!?

I ran my antivirus and it picked up nothing. On my desktop I have two shortcuts that just appeared and I didn't put them there and when i delete them they just reappear. I do properties and they are links to storageprotecter.com or sumthin. Then in Program Files there is a file with a mixture of numbers and letters and i try to delete it and says acess denied I look for the process there is no process. What do I do now? PLease help. I have CA security suite and I made sure it is updated.
