I need help deciding what I should do today. help please!?

My mom invited me to go with her to the colombia fest that Ive been wanting to go for YEARS. My boyfriend invited me to go to a family cook out. He is only here for another 3 weeks than he is going back to college so I don't have a lot of time to see him. And i wanted my friend to dye my hair today because i have a concert next weekend and today is the only day i have time to dye my hair. The better problem is that i can only do one out of all three because of the timing of each.
