How to get rid of Poison Oak?

Ok, so me an my friend were walkin through the woods the other day. And right after we came out i had all these little red bumbs were on my face. And theyre itchy. Now after a few days its on my left arm near my elbow and in between a few of my fingers. The ones in between my fingers are starting to look like theyre becoming bubbly and like a blister. I think it might be poison oak but im not entirely sure. Please tell me if you know what it is. And if it is poison oak what I can do to make it go away because its been here for like 3-4 days and every morning I notice that it spreads to somewhere else.
