How do you get rid of shin splints? Or at least help them??

Shin splints hurt so badly! I get them a lot, especially when I run. Make sure you stretch your calf muscles out, and do a double calf stretch. If you do this stretch with completely straight legs, you will feel a slight pull in the shins. Also, alternate between ice and heat for 20 minute intervals. You might want to take a little time off running until the pain calms down. Also try rubbing Tiger Balm on them and applying heat right after. Hope this helps!
