Trying to find a summer camp movie I saw as a kid?

Saw the second half once as a child always wanted to see it but never got the title. I believe it was an 80's film and was a fairly stock summer camp movie. What made it stick out was 2 little girls of the group. The one in denim all through the movie is giving this other quiet girl pills. All through the movie. At the end when the parents pick them up the little girl in denim's dad is a big gnarly biker. Anyone have a guess as to what the movie might have been?
