Michelle Obama wouldn't bow to the queen, but did you know?

The concept of bowing is to show respect to the thing the person represents; not them. It is not subservient to bow to the Queen, it's just a way of showing respect to Britain because she represents Britain. If a Brit doesn't bow personally I find them unpatriotic, but for an American it would be like saluting a foreign flag so I get it, of course Obama did bow to the Saudi King which is a bit obnoxious considering that isn't a country worthy of respect.
