Building a holiday?

im looking at taking a week off from work and instead of the usual 7day package hol thought i would do two cities instead. what sites/companys offer this..i want to fly from liverpool to perhaps amsterdam/paris etc for four nights and from there fly somewhere in spain for another four nights,,then back to liverpool lol, are there any sites that can cater for this and help me price it ???
